Spondyr has been used to support a Medicare Advantage Sales CRM software in order to manage the generation of Scope of Appointment (SOA) and Plan Enrollment forms based on the Medicare Advantage Plan’s Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved templates. Users are able to view the forms, download them, and have them sent automatically to new enrollees. By utilizing Spondyr, the software company was able to speed up time to market by over a month.

The API is also supporting a health plan in producing its Provider Directory. The user is able to import data from an Excel created by Provider Relations to generate and distribute a fully formatted directory. This has helped the organization reduce a process that previously took 3 days to one that now takes minutes.

A similar structure was used to create an organization’s Evidence of Coverage (EOC). The Benefits Manager is able enter into the system all the benefits information for each plan they manage and Spondyr generates the specific PDF utilizing the CMS approved template. The process originally took over 3 weeks of an FTE and can now be completed in an afternoon, including validations.
